Notes: Raclette is a Savoyard/Swiss cheese most commonly used for melting but is also consumed as a slice. It is also a dish based on heating the cheese and scraping off the melted part. Think of a cross between a fondue, a hot pot, and a grilled cheese sandwich. Definitely a winter party favourite!
