Making Makimonos:

This is the most popular hands-on sushi-making class in the universe. Just ask any alien! It begins with an irreverent and hilarious presentation about the history of sushi, as well as proper sushi etiquette. Then, you make four different types of rolls and eat them too: cucumber, spicy salmon or tuna, California Roll, Gimbap (classic Korean roll). It is ample dinner size, but light snacks are also provided during the presentation. Take photos and send them to your friends to prove your culinary genius. Eat, drink and laugh a lot. Vegetarians and those with dietary restrictions and/or allergies are welcome (please let us know when you sign up). Everything will be supplied for you.
